Where we started
Native Android app shell in Kotlin. Jetpack Compose UI, intro boot animation, onboarding flow, user-selected assistant name with persistence, voice style selection, Command Deck + Living Companion layout, central animated orb with identity plate, bottom navigation shell.

Natural command input converts to safe, inspectable skill previews before any live action runs. Rule-based intent routing with AI Intent Brain fallback, parameter extraction, dry-run preview, missing-field detection, step preview, and irreversible-step markers.

9 green-pinned known skills ship and run through controlled Android intents and AccessibilityService: google_search, browser_search, map_directions, compose_email, draft_text_message, take_note, create_reminder, create_calendar_event, open_app. Final send/save/confirm always stays under user control.

Known skills become trustworthy and inspectable. Step result objects, success/failure states, retry and fallback logic, timeout handling, risk classification, irreversible-action confirmation, and the green-pin criteria that mark a skill stable enough for normal use.

Where we are
Skill execution feels like a finished product, not a test harness. Voice command input for known skills works today — clear spoken commands can direct-run. Smooth one-tap run flow for safe green skills, recent run history, diagnostics history, parser/AI source visibility, missing-field diagnostics, launch result diagnostics, and failure reasons. Current active milestone.
Where we're headed
"Can't do it? Teach me." User demonstrates a workflow; Silver Prime watches every tap, swipe, and text entry via AccessibilityService. Raw observations convert to a draft learned skill. Skill starts as 🔵 Learning — sandboxed, not yet executable. Silver Prime Core users can save up to 3 learned skills; Silver Prime Lifetime Power Users get unlimited.
Replay user-taught skills safely. Dry-run preview with parameter replacement, user approval before live replay, risk detection, double-confirm for irreversible steps. Skill transitions: 🔵 Learning → 🟢 Verified or 🔴 Failed. Free-tier 3-skill limit enforced; unlimited for Lifetime Power Users.
Silver Prime becomes persistent and transferable. Local structured memory store, user profile, assistant identity and preferences, learned skill persistence, run history, export/import backup, optional cloud backup (Google Drive, OneDrive, network device), and full restore on a new phone.
Settings becomes the control centre. Cards for Profile, Silver Prime Core overview, Silver Prime Lifetime unlock details, AI API key (premium-gated), Memory & Backup, Security, Device Compatibility checks (RAM/storage/camera/mic/TTS), Voice & Camera tests, Recent Runs, Diagnostics, and About.
Voice input for known skills already works today — say a clear command and Silver Prime can run it directly. This milestone completes the full voice layer: speech-to-text, text-to-speech, speaking/listening/processing orb states, voice confirmation prompts, conversational clarification for missing fields, and spoken onboarding. Optional wake/listen flow later.
Real AI routing layer behind the five-brain architecture. Local vs cloud routing, BYOK AI API key support for Lifetime Power Users, local model option, offline 2.2 GB Phi-3-mini package, device compatibility checks before download. Offline AI is premium-only.
Phone-camera vision, visual memory, and recognition for Silver Prime Lifetime Power Users. Explicit camera permission, manual capture, object/place/person memory, 'What is this?' curiosity prompts, face enrollment, and deletable local-first vision memories. No always-on camera in first Vision milestone.
AIPC gets its own home in the app. Remove Activity tab, add AIPC tab with informational cards — Phone as the Brain, Wings + Sight + Vision, Connection Roadmap, Safety First, Power User Feature. Later: live Wi-Fi Direct pairing, Perception Brain camera stream from drone, shoulder platform support. Premium Power Users only.
Prepare Silver Prime for real users. Final permission onboarding, privacy policy, premium purchase/restore flow, one-time payment unlock, regression test checklist, stable APK builds, final green-pinned skills, website alignment, About page links, and Play Store submission.
Hardware track
A separate product track running alongside the app. Silver Prime on your phone is the AI brain — the drone is a sensor and actuator peripheral. No hard dates: phases ship when they're ready, not when a calendar says so.
Define the ring/toroid form factor, hidden-rotor housing geometry, and palm-size target weight. Specify the Wi-Fi Direct protocol between drone and Silver Prime app. Design the RTSP video pipeline, microphone array routing, and speaker integration. Specify the shoulder platform harness: magnetic landing pad, wireless charging coil, USB-C backup port, slim carbon fibre cross-body strap. No physical hardware — software architecture and interface contracts only.
First physical unit: 130 mm carbon frame, four internally-ducted rotors with recessed vent outlets, HD camera module, GPS receiver, flight controller, slim LiPo pack. Silver Prime app receives live RTSP stream and exposes drone controls — no second app, no second AI. Shoulder platform prototype: circular magnetic charging pad, cross-body harness fit testing.
Flight-test the sub-250 g target — users must check and follow local drone registration laws for their region. Validate 10–15 minute flight time, altitude hold, GPS return-to-home. Harden the Silver Prime ↔ drone Wi-Fi Direct handshake. Close-beta with a small group of waitlist members.
Manufacturing partner, FCC / CE compliance, packaging, and worldwide fulfillment. Kickstarter Early Bird units ship first, followed by all other tiers in backer order. Estimated Q1 2028. Silver Prime Lifetime Power User feature — all units ship with Silver Prime pre-installed, no subscription required.
