Manifesto

The assistant you own, not the one that owns you.

Silver Prime is being built around local-first Android command execution, user-owned provider keys, and an assistant name you set yourself. Android actions and learned-skill memory do not route through a Silver Prime product backend.

01

Local action execution first

Silver Prime is designed local-first from the ground up. Current known and learned skill execution runs on your phone rather than through a Silver Prime backend. Conversation can use the provider you configure, and future milestones add an optional offline local-model package. Silver Prime itself receives no Android action history, learned steps, provider keys, or audit payloads.

02

Your keys, encrypted on your device

The Android app now supports Groq, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini provider configuration with one active conversational provider at a time. Keys are stored locally, shown only in masked form, and never transmitted to a Silver Prime server.

03

No app account for core local use

The Android assistant does not require a Silver Prime app account for core local use. The public website has waitlist and community surfaces, but the assistant itself is not built around ads or selling behavioral data. Final purchase, restore, and subscription-management controls are not live yet.

04

Rename it. It's yours.

The default persona is "Prime." Change it to Jarvis, Athena, your cat's name, or whatever makes it feel like yours. The underlying capabilities are identical. The voice on top is yours to shape.

05

Android-first, not Android-afterthought

Silver Prime is Android-only, and no iOS build appears in the current public roadmap. The current code has a technical minimum of Android API 26; the final public support floor and device matrix remain launch work.

06

Learn by Doing: You demonstrate, then approve.

Learn by Doing records private on-device Accessibility/OpenCV step metadata while explicitly enabled. A learned workflow can be tested, re-learned, accepted into Learned Skills, given an icon, replayed with guards, and removed later. Protected final actions still require your control.

Honest comparison

Mainstream assistants evolve quickly, and capabilities vary by plan, device, account, region, and connected apps. This table stays deliberately conservative instead of treating every difference as a permanent competitor limitation.
