Manifesto

The assistant you own, not the one that owns you.

Every mainstream AI assistant today treats your phone as a thin client for their server. Silver Prime flips that. The model runs on your device. The keys are yours. The conversations stay local. The name on the app is whatever you type.

01

On-device by default (planned โ€” Stage 3.3)

Phi-3-mini will run locally via llama.rn so you can hold a full conversation with zero network. Today the cloud path through your Groq key is live; the on-device path is next. When both exist, smart routing picks one based on complexity โ€” and only ever calls the cloud with your permission.

02

Your keys, encrypted on your device

Bring your Groq, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini key. Stored in the Android Keystore โ€” hardware-backed, never synced, never transmitted to us because there is no us-server.

03

No account. No tracking. No ads.

There is no sign-up flow. There is no analytics SDK. There is no creator revenue from your data. The only money we ever see is a one-time Premium unlock through Google Play.

04

Rename it. It's yours.

The default persona is "Prime." Change it to Jarvis, Athena, your cat's name, or a slur aimed at your own productivity. The underlying capabilities are identical. The voice on top is yours to shape.

05

Android-first, not Android-afterthought

iOS work is cancelled. Not deferred โ€” cancelled. Every pixel of battery, every accessibility hook, every floating-bubble animation is tuned for Android 10+. You get integrations iOS literally cannot ship.

06

It learns new skills. You approve each one. (planned โ€” Stage 4)

When you ask for something the assistant can't do, it will draft the capability, run it in a sandbox you inspect, and only promote it once you approve. JS-layer updates happen on-device with no network. Native updates route through the Pro channel (Stage 6) with a system install dialog you always confirm. Optional: publish a skill to the Solana marketplace (Stage 7) and earn $SOL when others install it.

Honest comparison

We're not going to pretend these apps are bad. They're excellent. They're just a different product. Here's what you actually give up when you pick one of them.
