Manifesto

The assistant you own, not the one that owns you.

Most mainstream AI assistants treat your phone as a thin client for their servers. Silver Prime is being built in the opposite direction: local-first command execution, no Silver Prime backend, and an assistant name you set yourself.

01

On-device by default (Milestone K)

Silver Prime is designed local-first from the ground up. Current known-skill execution runs entirely on your phone โ€” no cloud involved. Future milestones add BYOK cloud routing (your prompts go to your chosen provider directly, never to a Silver Prime backend) and an optional offline AI package at Milestone K. Silver Prime itself receives nothing โ€” no analytics, no telemetry, no backend. All local storage is encrypted.

02

Your keys, encrypted on your device

Future cloud routing milestones will let you bring your own Groq, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini key โ€” stored in the Android Keystore, hardware-backed, never synced, never transmitted to a Silver Prime server. There is no Silver Prime server.

03

No account. No tracking. No ads.

There is no sign-up flow. There is no analytics SDK. There is no creator revenue from your data. The only money we ever see is a one-time Premium unlock through Google Play.

04

Rename it. It's yours.

The default persona is "Prime." Change it to Jarvis, Athena, your cat's name, or whatever makes it feel like yours. The underlying capabilities are identical. The voice on top is yours to shape.

05

Android-first, not Android-afterthought

iOS work is cancelled. Not deferred โ€” cancelled. Every pixel of battery, every accessibility hook, every floating-bubble animation is tuned for Android 10+. You get integrations iOS literally cannot ship.

06

Teach-by-Doing: You show it once, it runs forever. (Milestone F)

When Silver Prime can't match a command, it says "I can't do that yet โ€” want to teach me?" Activate learning mode and it watches every tap via AccessibilityService. End-of-lesson Q&A follows, then the skill enters ๐Ÿ”ต Learning (sandboxed replay). You verify it works and approve โ€” it earns a ๐ŸŸข green dot and moves permanently to Learned Skills. If the sandbox fails, ๐Ÿ”ด Failed shows you exactly what went wrong. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Honest comparison

We're not going to pretend these apps are bad. They're excellent. They're just a different product. Here's what you actually give up when you pick one of them.
